蒙花苷作用1.蒙花苷(金合欢素-7-O-β-d-芸香糖苷)对乙酰胆碱酯酶具有选择性剂量依赖性抑制作用。2. 蒙花苷通过抑制TNF-α介导的凋亡途径减轻GalN / LPS诱导的肝损伤。
3. 蒙花苷通过激活PI3K / Akt来预防Aβ诱导的神经毒性,PI3K / Akt随后抑制GSK-3b并上调Bcl-2。
4.胡椒碱通过在肠道吸收过程中抑制P-糖蛋白介导的细胞外流,并且可能同时抑制蒙花苷的代谢,显着增强大鼠中蒙花苷的口服吸收。 |
